30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility (must be undamaged)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Undamaged and in the same condition you received it

Unworn/unused, with all tags attached

In the original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging/tags are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
Email info@mycompresscom.com If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions, including where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at info@mycompresscom.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom/personalized items

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be undamaged, unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
